Days 1-2 Delhi
Namaste! Welcome to India.
Arrive Delhi airport and included transfer to your hotel. You can arrive at any time on Day 1 as there are no activities planned until the important welcome meeting at as per your itinerary. Your tour leader (in case of group) / Glorious India Tours epresentative (for Private Tours) would have a meeting with you and discuss the itinerary in detail.
India's capital is an exciting, busy, and often chaotic city but certainly one of the most interesting. With well-preserved historical sites from many different eras, museums and galleries, shops and endless bazaars, there is more to see and do than we can possibly fit in during our short time here. Visit the wonderful Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and see one of its most impressive buildings, the Lotus Temple and drive past India Gate with surrounding Govt. Building and Raj Ghat - a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi
Day 3 Agra
Make an early start to the Mughal city of Agra by private car en route visit Sikandra Fort. Learn the tragic love stories and mysterious legends of the Red Fort, which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings. Later enjoy a horse cart ride to the legendary Taj Mahal &Visit the iconic Taj Mahal - constructed from marble and inlaid with jade, crystal and sapphire, it must be seen to be believed. Visit Heritage Monuments. Overnight stay at Hotel
Day 4-5 Jaipur
Transfer to Jaipur in Private Car via Fatehpur Sikri (approx 05 hrs)
Jaipur was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, a Kachwaha Rajput, who ruled from 1699-1744. Initially his capital was Amber (city), which lies at a distance of 11 km from Jaipur. He felt the need of shifting his capital city with the increase in population and growing scarcity of water. Jaipur is the first planned city of India. Stay in a hotel for 2 nights in magnificent Pink city of Jaipur. Visit Amber fort with Elephant Ride, City Palace, and Observatory
Day 6 Mandawa
Post breakfast drive to Mandawa (approx 04 hrs).
Mandawa is a town in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan in India. It is part of Shekhawati region. Mandawa is known for its fort and haveli’s. The fort town is well connected with the other places in region. On arrival transfer to hotel.
Later visit Haveli’s and enjoy camel ride.
Days 7 Bikaner
Breakfast at Hotel, depart for Bikaner in Chauffer driven car.
Bikaner is a city in the northwest of the state of Rajasthan in western India. The city is the administrative headquarters of Bikaner District and Bikaner division. Just like Jaipur, Bikaner is called the Green City. On arrival transfer to hotel. Visit Junagarh Fort - one of the few major forts in Rajasthan, Camel Breeding farm and thereafter enjoy the tonga ride of the old city.
Days 8- 9 Jaisalmer
Proceed for Jaisalmer (In Private Car) - Golden city of Rajasthan.
Jaisalmer is a town in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The town stands on a ridge of yellowish sandstone, crowned by a fort, which contains the palace and several ornate Jain temples. Many of the houses and temples are finely sculptured.
Visit Jaisalmer Fort and World Famous Havelis and later enjoy Camel Ride and witness breath taking Sand Lands Scapes at Sam Sand Dunes.
Days 10 Jodhpur
After breakfast at Hotel, depart by surface for Jodhpur - the second largest city of Rajasthan. It is a popular tourist destination, featuring many palaces, forts and temples.
Visit Mehrangarh Fort - one of the largest fort of India known for its their intricate carvings and sprawling courtyard and Jaswant Thada - a white marble memorial built by Sardar Singh in 1899 in memory of Maharja Jaswant Singh II.
Day 11-12-13 Udaipur
Drive to “City of Lakes” by private vehicles en route visit Ranakpur: - known for its marble Jain temple. Rolling hills, white marble palaces and lakes come together to make Udaipur arguably Rajasthan's most romantic city. See why it's called 'Venice of the East'. Enjoy Boat Ride at Lake Pichola.
Visit City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion ki Bari, Crystal Gallery, excursion to Eklingi - a marble complex made up of 108 temples and Nagda. 03 nights Hotel accommodation – Udaipur.
Day 14 Delhi
Drive back to Delhi, arrive and later day free to unwind and relax.
Day 15 Delhi – Depart
Visit Akshar Dham Temple – arguably one of the most beautiful temple of India. Later in time transfer to Airport to board flight for your journey back home.
